The hotel's position was comfy and best possible, very near from everything. The place was right at Pasqualino, where you can have dinner.

There was a problem with drainage.

There were a mini-fridge-bar, an air conditioning, and television in my twin room. The location was best possible and magnificent for Rio de Janeiro, close enough to the center, museums and Santos Dumont Airport or Novo Rio Bus Station. It also was close to nice restaurants...

The breakfast looked sensational and delightful with a lot of options. The location was comfortable, not far from the metro and 10 stores.

Excellent and favourable location in Rio de Janeiro, not far from Santos Dumont Airport, the beaches and Municipal Theatre. Historic building and great-sized and well-kept rooms for the television.

Private parking, good service. Comfortable beds and a mini-bar, climate control, and multi-channel TV. Wonderful and delightful breakfast, with a great selection of food. Central location, a 10-15 minute walk from a futuristic waterfront museum.

The triple room was fine, included a mini-fridge-bar, air conditioner, and television. The breakfast was enjoyable, there was lots of food to chose from. The location was particularly good and comfortable - just walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go. Amicable team on check-out.

The location is fantastic - near to Uruguaiana Market and Museum do Amanhâ, central to some of Rio's best museums and galleries, and near the sambodrome. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in the area, making it convenient for exploring. The rooms are comfortable with a clean bathroom, and the staff, although they don't speak much English, are polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of fresh fruit and pastries, and the coffee is amazing. The hotel also has a left luggage service available.

The internet in the rooms is not reliable, and you have to go down to the reception area to access it, which can be inconvenient.

The hotel is very close to airport and metro station, very close to downtown.

The cleaning staff are helpful, friendly and good at their job, as are the porters.

The food served as part of the breakfast is absolutely terrible. The bread was mouldy, the coffee sat for hours on end without being changed, the fruit was off, the eggs were off and there were usually no dishes on which to eat food on because there were not enough staff to wash the dishes on time! The selection was dismal and most people I met said they usually skipped it and went out to eat rather than experience it each morning. This is not only a health hazard but a complete rip-off considering the prices for the rooms. A health inspector should be sent to this hotel.

Every visit to Rio de Janeiro we like to stay here. The place is fairly clean, the room is fine, the staff is really helpful. Delightful, excellent breakfasts, everyone can find something. It boasts a favourable and comfortable location; just next door to Municipal Theatre, and Copa/Ipanema. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Downtown Rio de Janeiro district.

I would say it's great place for staying and exploring Rio de Janeiro. Staff is attentive and efficient and you can park your car nearby. The units are well-kept for the television. The location is best possible in a central area, near to Santos Dumont Airport or Novo Rio Bus Station, and Rio downtown. Centro is a district that deserves exploring😃

Fine room with comfortable bed, the air-conditioning and bathroom and delightful breakfast to start the day. A lot of goodies for breakfast. Central location, perfect place for discovering Rio de Janeiro.
